• Incoming Mail Server (IMAP/POP3): mail.yourdomain.com
• Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
• Ports & Encryption:
  • IMAP (Incoming Mail):
    • TLS 1.0: Port 143 (Non-SSL) or 993 (SSL)
  • POP3 (Incoming Mail):
    • TLS 1.0: Port 110 (Non-SSL) or 995 (SSL)
  • SMTP (Outgoing Mail):
    • TLS 1.0: Port 25, 465, or 587 (Use SSL/TLS)

2. Adding Email to Outlook (Older Versions - Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016)

1. Open Outlook and go to File > Account Settings > New.
2. Select Manual setup or additional server types and click Next.

4. Click Next and enter your email password.
